The sudden death of the father of the famous actress who was suffering from corona and receiving treatment has caused grief among the South film industry.
Nikhila Vimal is a South Indian actress who works predominantly in Malayalam film industry and occasionally in the Tamil and Telugu films as well. She began her acting career in television with a documentary on Saint Alphonsa aired on Shalom. Her feature film debut was in 2009 with the Malayalam film Bhagyadevatha.
Nikhila Vimal made her Tamil film debut with Sasikumar starrer Vetrivel. She later acted opposite to Sasikumar in the film Kidaari. Last year, she has acted in the film Thambi, opposite to Karthik directed by Jeethu Joseph. She will next be seen pairing with Sibiraj in Ranga.
Meanwhile, actress Nikhila Vimal’s father Pavithran has died of a heart attack. He was 61. He was suffering from corona and was undergoing treatment at the Medical College Hospital in Kannur, Kerala, where he died of a sudden heart attack. The film fraternity are mourning for the actress’ father’s passing.
