Chennai: Actor Ajith’s next upcoming movie Valimai’s release date has been revealed. Ajith is now starring in ‘Valimai’. In it he plays as a police officer.
Valimai is a action thriller film written and directed by H. Vinoth who has earlier directed Ajith’s Nerkonda Paarvai. and the film is produced by Boney Kapoor.
Huma Qureshi
Produced by Bonnie Kapoor a Bollywood producer and Sridevi’s husband. Yuvan Shankar Raja has set to play music. Nirav Shah does the cinematography. Ajith is paired with Hindi actress Huma Qureshi. She has earlier played the lead role in Rajinikanth’s ‘Kala’.
Telugu Actor
The film stars Telugu actor Karthikeyan as the villain. Raj Ayyappa, who played the villain for Adarsh in the film 100, also plays the villain. The first phase of the film was shot at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. The next phase of filming took place in Chennai.
Due to the Corona
Due to the corona, shooting was stopped and then resumed. During a recent shoot in Hyderabad, Ajith fell from his bike and was injured during a chase scene shooting. It was said to be a minor injury. Due to this the shooting has been stopped again.
Is Ready Now
Following this, the Valimai team is ready for the next phase of shooting now. The crew has decided to hold this in Hyderabad as well. All the work of setting up the set for this has been completed. The film crew will be there in a couple of days.
Summer Vacation
The filming is in progress and scheduled for completion by January. The crew has completed the editing of all the scenes that have been shot so far. They have decided to complete the finishing touches in the next 3 months and release the film for the summer holidays.
Action Scenes
Ajith has also agreed to this. Thus the film crew is actively banging. The action scenes of this film are intimidating and unprecedented. The film crew said that there are many things in the film to surprise the fans.
